friends i like to know whether did any of you had success in reducing weight with honey and cinnamon.

please throw light on this. i need to lose atlease 25kgs.

i am sure that green tea without sugar can reduce weight.....green tea is very good for skin too as it has more antioxidants...

Hi,

You can use Honey with lemon in hot water. Many friends told me about that. In early morning, empty stomach u can try this. Please void the oil(fried) items, sweet, sugar etc.
And also minimum 11/2 hrs exercise daily . For dinner take 8 Pm and leave some hrs before going to bed.These all can reduce our weight. But one difficult part to achive this, we need the will power :thumbsup. All the very best. keep trying this.

Hi,

You can try green tea without any addition in it in the morning, it will help u relieve ur stress as well as in weight loss. You should avoid Maida completely and sugar as much as possible. No snacks at all. with this you should do Kapalbhati (its a asanam and u should do Minimum 2000 times a day. its easy to do, google to know how to do it) and Pranayamam. Eat Healthy food and sleep properly u will see a lot of difference in a month itself. if u r Non-vegetarian try to reduce that. if you cant then avoid meat have as much sea food u want. Hope this helps. :)
