Horse gram porridge for weight loss

Ingredients:
250g - horse gram
10 - almonds
50ml - milk
1 tsp sugar

Method

  1. Dry roast horsegram and grind it to a very fine powder with 4 pieces of cardamom and 10 almonds together.
  2. Mix 1 tsp of this powder in a glass of water and bring to a boil for about 10 to 15 mins.
  3. Strain this liquid and extract fine porridge.
  4. Mix with milk and sugar to make porridge.
  5. Ideal for breakfast and health food.
