How to avoid vomiting during pregnancy?

  • Every Morning, have a spoon of Ginger Juice mixed with Honey.
  • You can also drink Ginger Tea or Lemon Tea.
  • Avoid your intake of Masala & Spicy foods.
  • Sniff lemons when you are getting vomitting sense.
  • Chewing carom seeds is very much helpful to cure vomiting during pregnancy. Whenever you feel the urge to vomit or suffer from morning sickness, just chew some carom seeds. The strong smell and flavour of the seeds can help get over this feeling.
