how to improve memory power and concentration naturally

hi friends

please some natural tips to increse and improve my son's memory power and concentration. he is not able to remember his lessons and not able to concentrate. he is studying 3rd standard. please share some useful tips to help my sons memory power and education.

You can soak few Almonds (Baadhaam paruppu) overnight and give this to your son the next day morning. the soaked water can also be drank after this.

You can give Vallarai keerai in various forms. You can cook this with paruppu. you can make thuvaiyal and give him.

You can also give Ashwagandha which will improve the memory power. You can get this from Ayurvedic & Homeopathy shops.

The following food products can be given for the healthy brain development in Children.


Grains - All types of grains gives the continuous glucose, supply to the brain, which is very much necessary for the active brain. They are rich in CARBOHYDRATE which gives energy to the brain and other parts of the body.Other than rice,wheat etc., the other grains can be given as whole, which should be cooked (it can also be sprouted), and give as Sandwich, which the children would love to eat.

Egg - This is very rich in PROTEIN. It is very much necessary for the brain health. The yellow part in the egg has CHOLINE which increases the health of brain. You can give egg twice in a day.

Oats - In this, other than carbohydrate and protein, it is very rich in DIETARY FIBRE. This is very helpful for the brain.

Groundnut - This is very rich in ZINC, other than mono fatty acids. It can be given as fried or cooked.

Salmon fish - It is very rich in OMEGA -3 - FATTY ACID, which is very much necessary for the brain health.
