how to make healthy ragi malt

Friends, pls tel me how to make healthy malt like manna health mix in home itself. my baby loves manna health mix, so i like to prepare by myself and give to her.

You can try the following.

Soak Ragi for 1 day.Next day,drain the water and tie the entire wet ragi in a clean cloth, and allow it to sprout. Next day, allow the ragi to dry for sometime. After that, oru kadaayil intha ragiyai nandraaga varuthu(pachai vasanai pogum varai),kooda,pachai payaru,wheat,groundnut , ellavatrayum varuthu, melum konjam badam paruppu(ithai varukka vendam) pottu maavu machine il nalla nice aaga araithu vaithu kondal, kettu pogamal nandraaga irukkum.

Measurements , ungal viruppa padi podalam.Ragi mathiram sirithu athigamaga irukkalam.

antha paala mela thaneer thelenchu nikkum athai iruthittu kettiya paal kolakolanu irukkarathai oru vellai thuni virichu athila vadai mathiri spoonla oothi kaya vachu enduthu box la pottu vachiruvom

yeppa venumo appa onno rendo raagi vadaiyai enduthi thaneeril karaithu nalla kachi paal sakkarai illatti uppu sethu kool maathiri paani aaravachu ooti viduvom

Neenga sonna muralayum seyyalam. Aana naan solli irukka method la niraya grains add aagi irukkarathala innum sathaga irukkum. atha thavira ithil badam and groundnut seruvathal , chumma paayasam mathiri irukkum .pasangalukku rombave pidikkum.
Naan en payunukku ippadithan seithu koduthen(ithu en amma solli thantha recipe).

Kandippa uma. Naan en son kku 10 years varai koduthen.

Yes , as Sakthi said you can give this to your baby. But till 2 years, you can reduce the quantity of groundnut a little bit. ie., groundnut mathiram konjamaga podavum,matravai ellam o.k. Initial aaga pudhu food othu kollumun, 2 or 3 days, loose motion aagalam. bayapadavendam.
