The best way to Chill out Our Nerves is to have a Cup of Chamomile tea.. Chamomile has Soothing, Calming & relaxing Properties. Having a Cup of Chamomile tea helps to cure Digestion, Cough, Cold & Even it can also used as a Liver Tonic.

Given here the Recipe of Chamomile Tea..

How to Prepare Chamomile Flowers

Ingredients

  • Chamomile flowers - 2 tbsp (Use fresh flowers)
  • Water - 2 Cups
  • Apples - 2 thin slices
  • honey - 1 tsp

Method


  1. Wash the flowers and Keep them aside.
  2. Heat Water in a Sauce pan and allow to boil.
  3. Then add Apple Slices & let it allow to cook. Then Mash it with a laddle. Now add Chamomile and allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Strain it and add honey to taste.

Optional - Add extras like sweetener, lemon, or mint, if you wish! :)
