How to Prepare Green Tea at Home



  1. Put one teaspoon of green tea in a 200ml cup of water.
  2. Fill 1/3 of the cup with bottled water
  3. Fill the rest with boiled water
  4. Let rest for 35-40 min
  5. Filter and drink slowly

To get the best results drink from 2 to 3 cups during the day. It is not recommended to drink green tea before bed, because it contains caffeine that is known to cause sleeping problems.
