It has much better value when compared to bagged tea, you should do some research on the proper brewing techniques to be able to enjoy your tea to the fullest extent. Loose tea has more flavour than the bagged one.

Tea Bag: Just boil the water and put a sachet of green tea bag in the water. That's it.

You need not add sugar to green tea.

You can also add a piece of cinnamon stick in the boiling water since it helps to improve your metabolism thus helping weight loss.

Note:Some people say that the water should not be boiled and it must be only hot enough to extract the tea from the bag.
