h i.. i heard that green tea is very helpful to reduce weight. I am trying to lose my weight for the past 3 months. i reduced my food intake too. but i didnt get good result in losing weight. recently i read an article and its benefits in weight loss. so i planned to have green tea daily. can you please tel me how to make green tea in home? also tel me how many intakes can be taken per day...

Prefer loose green tea rather than tea bags.
One teaspoon of tea leaves or pearls for 1 cup is the brewing guideline.
The water needs to be really hot but not boiling water. Keep an eye on the water so that it doesn't boil.
Add a spoon of green tea leaves in hot water. Allow it to steep for 2 minutes or hardly 3 minutes but not more than that or else your tea will taste slightly bitter. Now strain and enjoy your tea. You need not add sugar for green tea.

You can sip 3 or 4 cups a day. I have it 30 minutes after break fast, after lunch and in the evening.
