How to prepare green tea???

Steps to prepare for making green tea:

  1. Heat 1 cup of water in a vessel.
  2. When the water boils switch off the stove and add the leaves to it and let it be there for few minutes (3 to 4 mins)
  3. Now filter it and add sugar or honey to your taste. (in starting add some amount of sugar like you have in coffee or tea but as you used to drink green tea reduce the amount of sugar to get it's full benefits.

Both are in same. It is just grinded form of leaves. Green tea is good for health but we should not drink more amount of tea in a day, it wil creae constipation.

hi to all i found this website with a collection of good information. Where can i get the green tea leaves. Can anybody explain me what is the difference between green tea and the tea what we are using in daily life.

hi geetha, thanks for your feedback. You can get green tea leaves in most of the super market. Pick a correct brand of green tea.

Difference between Green Tea and Black Tea

Black tea is made from the tea leaves. The leaves are completely fermented after they have been dried.

Green Tea also made from the same leaves as the black tea. The difference is that green tea does not go through a fermenting process. Instead the leaves are dried.

Green tea is good for health. There are so many benefits of green tea. It can improve blood circulation and reduce much stress. It is also helpful for reduce much weight loss and also It can prevents Tooth Decay.
