Moringa tea is really beneficial for Our Health. Its Very nutritious and an excellent energy drink too. Ofcourse Moringa is rich in calcium, potassium, beta-carotene, Vitamin C, and iron. Because of its nutritional benefits, Moringa is Called as ‘Tree of Life’. This Herbal tea fights against nausea, indigestion, diarrhoea, diabetes and many more.

Here are some simple steps on how to make Moringa tea!

How to Prepare Moringa Tea

Ingredients

  • Moringa leaves - 3 to 4 stalks
  • Water - 2 Cups
  • Lemon Juice, Honey - To Taste
  • Ginger - Grated 1/2 tsp (Optional)

Method

  1. Clean and Crush the Leaves. Keep them Aside!
  2. Heat a Pan and Bring Water to Boil.
  3. Then Add Crushed Leaves into it and Steep for 5 Minutes.
  4. If you Like, Add 1/2 tsp of grated Ginger in this Stage.. Else Skip this.
  5. Strain and Sieve into Cups.
  6. Finally Add Lemon Juice & Honey to Taste.
