how to reduce weight?

my weight is around 75 kg how to reduce my weight to 60kg. i tried many time but cant maintain the reduced weight. due to this i face many problems pls help

Welcome to Penmai.com!! Yeah Reducing weight Does takes long time, So you have to be patient while to do so.

Trying to reduce weight only by controlling the diet will not give the 100% result. Exercise at-least for half an hour per day.

Hi,

You can reduce overweight by reducing intake of calories and to do physical activities daily up to 30 minis. In the same you should follow strict sleeping timings other wise it leads to effect obesity due to late night eating and sleeping. so try to always early sleep & early wake up. But you never give up to have food in any day. So by following all these few tips, you can easily reduce overweight but never expect instant results even instant food supplements too.

Reducing weight is a important thing for ladies, especially girls going to get marry or TTC ladies.
Here r some important tips.
atleast 7 hrs of good sleep in the night, morning exercises like brist walking for 45 mins, without taking any liquids like coffee, tea, beverages,
breakfast should be done by 8.00 and it should be much more calories.
by lunch, each fresh vegetables, fruits, with rice, rotis, etc,
dont take oil, fried, spicy things.
by evening go for walk for 45 mins,
take dinner by 8.00 in the evening.
ladies, pls try this. u can get reduced by atleast 15 kgs with in 3 months.

Don't go with any advertisement. Weight loss is take time so keep patience. For reduce weight you have to do some exercise, reduce your calories intake per day, drink lots of water, eat food that boost your metabolism.
