buy a pine apple and ajwain (omam) daily night cut the pineapple slice into pieces and add ajwain in it. boil it with a glass of water. keep it closed. the next day morning crush the pineapple and filter the water and drink it in empty stomach. repeat the process for 10 days. see the result
