In this modern machinery world people are pressurized and dumped with lots of work load and other personal tension. Thus they don’t have a peace in their mind and in body. Now a days relaxation is very important to each and every person so that have fresh mind with reduced tension.
Exercising 15 minutes every day will increase life by 3 years.
Relaxing our body is important so that it keeps our body fit and healthy. The most important 3 aspects of relaxing our body is
1) DEEP BREATHING,
2) MAKE HEALTHY FOOD CHOICE,
3) EXERCISE EVERYDAY.
Practice breathing techniques:
As we all know these techniques will slow down your breathing and actively concentrate on it. This is always the best and easiest way to self calm, provided you to remember well to restore it.
Breathe in through your nose and release through your mouth. Inhale deeply, count to five, then exhale slowly, counting to five. Do this ten time to relax your muscles and never. Always relax on the out-breath.
Choosing healthy food:
Healthy food selection is very important in every ones life. Avoid all junk foods and prepare to eat healthy food. Avoid excessive sugar found in granola bars, pastries or soda. These can cause severe ups and downs and agitation. Avoid excessive coffee. Instead of regular coffee, switch to decaf or an herbal tea with little or no caffeine.
Warm water will help you to relax. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains that are free of refined sugar, such as apples, grapes, carrots, broccoli, brown rice or whole grain breads. Eat plenty of low-calorie protein, such as chicken, fish, whole grains, legumes, dark leafy vegetables or low-fat dairy. These proteins are a better source of energy.
This is the best known, scientifically proven way to significantly reduce stress. You’ll be amazed at how much easier it is to overcome stress if you exercise regularly. Try at least thirty minutes per day of moderate activity. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
