Everyone occasionally loses sleep, and those who are lacking sleep sometimes have puffy, tired looking eyes. Sleep is of course the best home remedy to soothe tired, puffy eyes, but if you don't have time to sleep, there are a number of home remedies to soothe tired eyes. They are as follows...
- Rub your palm till they are hot. Cover your eyes with these warm palm for a minute. It will relax the strained eye muscles.
- Cucumber is best home remedy for the tired eyes. Dip the cotton balls on the cucumber juice and place it over your eyelids for 10 minutes.
- Put used tea bags in chilled water and place it over your eyelids. It has a very soothing effect on your eyes and you will get the sparkle back in your eyes.
- Take a big cup full mineral water and then add a teaspoon of boric acid in it. Let the mixture be cool in freeze for some time then wash your tired eyes by this solution.
