Rainy season has been started in India from November month but its importance has been seen from this December month only. So many storms continuously invade in the India Ocean and other nearby water bodies, which cause the non-stop rain in the nearby areas like Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and other places.

Water borne diseases include cold, fever, cough, typhoid, cholera, dysentery, SARS, and other viral, fungal, and bacterial diseases. Cold and fever are common disease, which the person may get from one person to another just by contact. Taking ordinary tablets, which are not prescribed by the doctors, are not appreciable.

This rainy season is very famous for causing all kinds of flu and dengue fever among the people. So the individual should not ignore if he / she is ill. Thorough checkup of the person health is important to avoid any kind of serious disease to that person. Only prescribed tablets at prescribed quantity have to be consumed.

Maintenance of food diet is essential to keep ourselves healthy. During rainy season people should avoiding eating outside (foods roadside shops) and drinking packet waters. These things are highly hazardous to a person’s health. Avoid more amount of salt, spice and oil in the food item will help in reducing the growth of any bacterial infection in the person.

Person should take care of every single action they perform and see to that the actions does not cause any harm to their health. Even in wearing cloths during rainy season, do not wear thick clothes. Thick clothes take much time to dry up and avoid wearing wet clothes for many hours on the body. Wet in the clothes may led to a initial minor fever in the person’s body. Try to care a rain coat and umbrella wherever you move out. This will help to protect the body at maximum extent from diseases.
