Home Remedies

1. Beet root juice
2. Lots of fluids
3. Have foods rich in proteins, vitamin B and C.
4. A non diabetic remedy is to eat a handful of soaked raisins.
5. Have enough salt.
6. Check if your medications or other underlying illness is the cause of low BP.
7. Manage stress effectively. Practise holistic methods like yoga and pranayam.
