I am living along with my husband. Yesterday was my birthday and my husband got night duty. So I sent him and was planning for a great weekend and someone grabbed me from behind. I was scared to the core for a while and quickly regained my sense and gave a back kick, punch and kick, all to his vulnerable area. He fell down and started rolling on the floor crying and squealed out my name. Actually my husband thought to give me a suspense and decided to scare me a bit. Nonsense. I had to take him to a doctor and now he is bed ridden for a fortnight. Lucky part is, he is okey, apart from the fact that his balls are nearly broken. He wont be able to walk properly for a month. He is suffering very bad pain and he is kinda embarrassed and scared of me now. He is cringing and shielding his testicles whenever I go near him. I really want to help him and make him comfortable. What shd I do? How can I get rid of his fear?

The time only will give the remedy for the mental fear and agony your husband is facing now! When he becomes alright he will definitely understand his mistake. Until such time you have to be very much patient and wait for his recovery! all the best. thank you!

Very sorry to hear that and sorry that I found it somehow funny. I'm sure that your husband will overcome his fear gradually but you've to show more love and care to him. I'm sure that now he will never try to do such thing unfortunately probably his whole life . But there are some effective ways of how to be happy in a relationship. So when he comes back from hospital, plan a romantic vacation some beautiful place and spend some time with your husband. Be honest with him, give him space when he needed. Talk to him and plan about your future plans, be a good listener when he is talking and give him proper love and respect. I'm sure he'll get over his fear and be back to normal soon.
