use much of oats, horsegram, til seeds.horsegram gravy can be made as rajma gravy.
avoid rice and sweets made with sugar.

"Too much of anything is dangerous " so please don't strain your body too much .keep your body always healthy.Daily do yoga and follow healthy diet .This result may be slow but you will have a beautiful skin,healthy body ,good personality etc....

I want to give you the sample diet this may help you ....

Breakfast: eggs with tomato & bell peppers, orange, green tea
Snack: cottage cheese with apple
Lunch: chicken, bok choy, tomato, chicory, olive oil
Snack: mixed nuts
Post workout: ground round, brown rice, mixed veggies
Dinner: spinach, baby carrots, pear
Pre-bed snack: berries, ground flax seeds

Hello guys,

Diet is also effective to loss weight but its not enough. You have to do some other work doing heard exercise and eating some weight loss supplements...

If u want to lose ur weight ,u jus avoid rice items ...avoid it for few day..
To decrease weight and get rid of obesity three things must be kept in mind:
Controlling eating habits.
Regular exercise.
Avoiding the causes of weight gain
Diet recommended to lose weight

Early morning
Juice of half a lemon mixed in a glass of warm water and a teaspoon of honey.

Wheat or Mung bean sprouts and a cup of skimmed milk.

A glass of orange, pineapple or carrot juice.

Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. Steamed or boiled vegetables
Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapatis (Indian bread) and a glass of buttermilk.
Roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger mixed in the buttermilk.

Coconut water
Dry fruits
Lemon tea
Fresh vegetable soup

Whole grain bread or chapatis
Steamed vegetables
Seasonal fruits except banana and apple.
Home Remedies for Losing Weight
Increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods.
Avoid intake of too much salt as it may be a factor for increasing body weight.
Milk products like cheese, butter etc. and non-vegetarian foods should be avoided as they are rich in fat.
Mint is very beneficial in losing weight. A chutney of green mint with some simple spices can be taken with meals. Mint tea also helps.
Spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. are good for loosing weight and can be used in a number of ways.
Regular intake of carrot juice.
Avoid rice and potato, which contain a lot of carbohydrates. Among cereals wheat is good.
Vegetables like bitter gourd (Karela), and bitter variety of drumstick are useful in loosing weight.
Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.
Dosage: One should start with small quantity of about 10 grams or a tablespoon, taken with hot water early in the morning. A teaspoonful of fresh lemon juice may also be added.
Fasting on honey and lime- juice is highly beneficial in the treatment of obesity without the loss of energy and appetite. For this, mix one teaspoon of fresh honey with the juice of half a lime in a glass of lukewarm water.
Dosage: Take several times a day at regular intervals.
Raw or cooked cabbage inhibits the conversion of sugar and other carbohydrates into fat. Hence, it is of great value in weight reduction.
Exercise is an important part of any weight reduction plan. It helps to use up calories stored in body as fat.
Walking is the best exercise to begin with and may be followed by running, swimming or rowing.
The gum of Commiphora Mukul called 'guggulu' is the drug of choice for the treatment of obesity.
Preparation of Home Remedies
According to ayurveda home remedies are prepared in the same way and with the same purpose as other ayurvedic medicines. The main aim is to obtain the maximum therapeutic benefit while making it palatable.

hi i ll share some of points that i followed and read in Don't lose ur mind lose ur weight by rujuta diwekar..

* all food is good:-
Thr is really nothing safe food or good food.. if u eat food at right time and in the right quantity, is good for u......


Overeating is defined as eating more than the body's ability to digest at that point of time... if the stomach lacks the fire or power to digest at particular time, then even a slice of orange will amt to overeating... it doesn't mean the large quantity of food....
So whenever u r going to eat see ur food.. nd listen ur stomach... concentrate it.. dont watch tv while eating nd dont speak more while eating.......

she gave some points to follow while eating:-
(i think it ll be useful to u)
1) drink a glass of water water nd start eating...(preferably with hands)
2)eat slowly...
3)chew ur food slowly nd deliberately....
4)use ur entire mouth to chew food...
5)Eat with all ur senses and think abt how the food is nourishing u from within..
6)self serving is most imp...

After eating:-
1) dont rush to getup...stay where u r for few mins..
2)then wash ur plate...

*If you want to eat chips or any snacks that u like just make them at home and fry them...

* Don't skip exercise.... u just do simple exercise abt 15 mins daily.....

While reading these are looking simple... but We cant follow these in our busy life.. to reduce our weight we must follow these...I ll share more... i dint read tat book fully.. i followed these all points in my life.. It works well.... All the best to u.....

useful tips josh....kandippa ellorum follow pannanum dear....even who didnt try to reduse weight...!!!!
