hello friends

i got married in september month. my husband is always saying me to reduce my weight to stay fit. he told me that to make myself a perfect match for him. i don't like this. every day he is saying the same. even i joined in gym too. but still he is saying the same. i am very much hurted because of his attitude. please guide me. what can i do now.

hi sathya thanks for your reply pa. i am also doing some favours for him. i am very frustrated because he is again and again saying the same. i thought he is giving more importance physical appearance and not for real love. that only hurted me a lot.

Yes....you can take this as a challenge to reduce your weight.

If your husband finds that you are taking lots of steps to reduce your weight, then he will be satisfied about your effort and will stop telling this.

Probably, he would have been teased among his friend's circle about your appearance. So, he inturn tells you like this.

Now, you can tell him that you are starting to put your entire effort to reduce your weight and that you feel annoyed when he is telling this repeatedly. Plead him not to tell this frequently and that you will surely try to reduce your weight. You should tell these very softly and please don't fight.

Now few tips to reduce weight.

Reduce the intake of white rice, instead shift to Brown rice, Oats in the night.

Take lots of fruits, salads, buttermilk in between to avoid the hunger.

Totally avoid taking sugar and sweets, fried items, pizzas, cheesy items.

Reduce the intake of salt.

Walk or run both in the morning and evening.

Try to finish your dinner before 8 P.M.

After 2 hours of dinner, you can take a mild walk before going to sleep.

You can shift to slim milk instead of whole milk.

Before doing sternous exercises be careful, because you need to get pregnant. For this you can consult a Nutritionist from any famous hospitals like Fortis. They will guide you properly after analysing your body condition.
