Do exercises after simple stretchings and warm up. For warm up, u can do walking little faster or slow jogging.(continue this dont give up). if any body interested to be fit please send your doubt to me through penmai.

Nice information. Well for getting fitness it is important to do regular exercise like running,cycling,jogging and running. In food try to eat less but simple food like fruits and vegetables.

To have max benefit out of a work out join a gym. I stopped going to gym and did work out at home. I found that I could do routines only up to 1000(push ups, sit ups, jumping jack) and started gaining weight around my waist. But when you go to the gym(aerobics classes), when you are doing with others you are able to do more(10000). To loose weight we need to run at least 5 miles(ie 10000 steps). And every weak 3 times and please make sure that they have different routines every day and rotate them every month

If you want o be fit then you have to do exercise regularly and eat healthy food. Go for running, walking, practice push ups, bench press, chair squats, band resistance and cable stretching. These are best exercises to get fit body.
