Only very few children like this and most of them hate it, due to their bitter taste.

Generally, both the kids and adults like only the normal chocolates, which have high sugar content and many other mixed ingredients, but less coacoa.

Many parents make the habit of giving chocolate daily or whenever the child demands or bribe them to do some activity.

In order to avoid all these , you may fix a time as, once in a week or once in fifteen days, to give the chocolates to your kids, that too in a very minimum quantity.

You can also explain your kid, the reasons why you are limiting the quantity.
