Importance of Breathing Exercise in Pregnancy

If one is alive one is breathing, breathing is a continuous fundamental act of the human body which is taken so much for granted. Various breathing exercises and techniques helps in relaxation and relieving stress during pregnancy. It keeps the airways clear and cleanses them so that the expectant mother is better equipped to protect herself against cold and allergens and boosts gen immunity and stamina.
These techniques give the expecting mother relief from discomforts of various procedures in the hospital during routine examinations and labour. Our breath is the elixir of life so lets us inhale it and live on gracefully………………………………
