Beetroot is rich in soluble fibre and acts as a great laxative. Constipation which is an uneasy stomach problem can be dealt with by adding beetroot into your daily meals. Beet is a great cleanser for the colon and regularizes bowel movements.
Tip: Add beetroot to your salads or just have them boiled, daily. You could opt for having a glass of beetroot juice too. Ensure the juice is fresh and in its most natural form to avoid any further stomach problems.
