Indigestion

Hi friends,

I am gonna enter into fifth month of my pregnancy.. now i am suffering from indigestion. i don't know why? am expecting good remedy from any of you..please

Congrats for your Pregnancy @ajiswami ,

yes....Few women suffer from this indigestion problem during pregnancy.

To avoid this, you can follow the below tips.

1. Avoid eating 3 full meals.

Eat little by little. You can have 6 small meals . This will avoid the indigestion problem.

2. While eating, sit in the straight position and eat. This will avoid the stress on the stomach.

3. Immediately after the meals, avoid lying down with stretched legs. And also you should avoid sitting in the bent position or any other bending position immediately after meals.
These will aggravate the indigestion.

On the whole, after eating, sit straight for a while and after 15 min. you can have a very small walk even inside the room or house.

Also, you can keep 2 pillows for your head while lying. so that your stomach will be in a little elevated position.

You can have few glasses of water which is boiled with Cumin /Jeeragam. ie., atleast 1 glass of water after the meals. You can prepare this water in large quantity and use it whenever required.
