iron rich foods for pregnancy

hello everybody... now i am 5 months pregnant. i am having regular check up with my doctor, she st told me that i am anemic and need to have an iron-rich diet.i am very eager to have a healthy baby. also i want to have a normal delivery. friends, please help me out with recipies for iron-rich food.

iron content foods like spinach ,dates,drumsticks and also take Daily one cup milk and one egg

dear friends you can add Dark, leafy greens (like spinach), Dried fruit (raisins, figs, etc), Beans, Eggs (yolk) and Black strap molasses in your diet. these foods are rich in iron content. if you are non veg then you can add Meat in diet.

Hi frds,
I am 4 months pregnant and my blood report states that my hb level is low. I need to improve my blood level. And i have severe vomitting also. Pls help me guys.
