Lose weight one kilo in a month

Hello Friends,

Once again, I start a new thread for weight reduction.
previous days, I totally wasted(time) to reduce weight.

Because, I am stressed about this one.(that's why i became lazy nothing to think at that time at the same nothing can change it.)

Now, I need to change this one - patience and consistently.
Otherwise nothing can change myself.

I gothrough myself and note it down. (and also analyse how much i am able to reduce weight - i get answer one kilo is possible to me.)

What are the mistakes had made by me previous days in weight loss.

I have hope, I will do successfully in this time.
Reduce one kilo in one month.

Kindly, motivate and support me.

Now my weight is 76 kilo.
my target goal to become - 70 kilo.

One week (6th to 12th April)

1) walk 30 minutes
2) Green tea 2 times
3) No white rice in this week
4) water - 3litres

This is my coming week target.
who are interest join with me.

Let see, I shall complete...

Today i start my diet and workouts.

One week (7th to 12th April)


1) walk 30 minutes
2) Green tea 2 times
3) No white rice in this week
4) water - 3litres

Done as per my schedule.

walk - 2hours
water - 4 liters.

8th April - Done (no white rice and wateronly done)
9th April - Done except green tea

hi wisteria joining with you.

my current weight 64.5 kg
Ideal weight 56

trying to lose 5 kg in this year.

i had tried many ideas but instead of setting big goals losing 1 kg is quite good and it works i think.
