Ingredients

  • 1 slice Low Calorie Light Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp Cooking Spray
  • 1 tsp Veganaise
  • 1/4 medium raw Heirloom Tomato
  • 1 tsp Basil, Fresh
  • 0 tsp Sea Salt
Directions

Toast the bread, and layer on the veganaise, tomato, and basil.

Spritz a frying pan with cooking spray, and then fry an egg at medium-heat, flipping after about 5 minutes. Once both sides are no longer runny, remove from heat and place atop the sandwich.

Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt, and enjoy.
