1.Reduce weight. 2.Regular exercise is a must. 3.If you have knee pain use a walking stick to reduce the stress on knees. 4.Use a good pair of shoes or slippers. 5.Wear a flat heeled slippers. 6.Avoid climbing stairs. 7. Avid sitting on the floor. 8.Do not take medicines without consulting the doctor.In addition to the above, if the pain still persists, go get checked out by a doc and see a trained Physiotherapist to learn some basic postural rules and exercises to help
