Mango juice is the best choice for any body who wants to have a balanced kind of life, and of course like many other balanced diets. Its mineral content is equally rich, and includes calcium, copper, magnesium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, chlorine, sulfur, and iron just like carrot.

An important fact you should know about mango is that the peel contains urushiol, the chemical in poison ivy which can cause contact dermatitis in susceptible people so you should make sure you do not suffer allergies especially those persons with a history of poison ivy or poison oak contact dermatitis.

Mango juices should be part of our life but is important that you have the customs to drink per day yours vegetable juices too.
