Meditation helps reduce stress, enhance physical strength, improves concentration, aids in better sleep etc.

You’ve been toying with the idea of practising meditation for quite some time but haven’t really started doing it. Here some are tips for beginners who would like to take up meditation:

Analyse your reasons for choosing to meditate and make a firm decision to stick to it.

Find a place where you can comfortably sit and meditate, make sure its a place where you will be free from most distractions.

Decide a time when you will meditate and adhere to those timings.
Early mornings is recommended as the best time to meditate because it is relatively quiet and a great way to start the day.

Since you are a beginner do not attempt to meditate for 45 minutes or an hour. You won’t be able to do it with ease. Begin with five to ten minutes and then gradually keep increasing the time span.

It is important that you wear comfortable clothes while meditating. A tshirt and track pants are ideal.

sit in a calm place under carpet or mat....
jus sit calmly( mind will roam somewhere, but we have to sit calmly)
and listen ur breathing........
count ur breathing from one to ten............
try this friends, u will feel the refreshment....................
