Mental ill health can affect every aspect of a person's life.Without seeking the right treatment,relationships,productivity at work , and social activities can all be affected. There are effective treatments for mental illness which can alleviate the distressing symptoms of anxiety, depression or psychosis and can significantly improve your life

The extreme fear of terrorism, joblessness in inflation and not having enough health facilities can cause mental disorder.

We, Human like to attend our other basic needs;clothing,food,hygiene, rest,etc
so we should attend our Mental health everyday

Here are few ways to engage in Mental Health Moments throughout our day

Focus on gratitude for a few minutes__what are you grateful in your life...

* Take a deep breath
* Step outside for some fresh air and sunlight
*plan to do something you really enjoy
*Think about a favourite time, place, or memory
*Go for a walk
*Read a book you enjoy over your lunch break
*Try a new food
*Listen to a favourite song or artist
*Do a crossword or Sudoku puzzle
*Find something that's visually pleasing and appreciate it (art, nature, architecture,patterns)
*Make a list of positive triats, encouraging thoughts, or inspiring quotes and read it when you feel stressed
*Read the Comics__ laughter is the best medicine!
*Whistle a cheerful tune
*Do something nice for someone else
*Think about something that is going well in your life

In my opinion based on the mental health we can know a person is psychologically good or not. Mental health may include an individual's ability to enjoy life. Mental health is to be good when we create a balance between life activities and work.
Mental health can also be defined as an expression of emotions.There are many ways to reduce mental tension. Here there are some stress relievers I believe are most effective for the amount of work and time involved.

*Breathing Exercises.
*Listening music.
*Counting numbers when we are in tension.
*Laughing Therapy.
*Positive attitude.
*cool nature.
