1. Drink large amounts of water and eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

2. Ensure that you eat at least 3 meals a day.

3. Rinse/ gargle at least 4 times after every meal.

4. Use mouth wash regularly.

5. Avoid coffee and alcohol.

6. Avoid food items belonging to 'garlic' family.

7. Don’t overload your stomach. Delayed digestion can cause mouth odour.

8. Manage stress. Extreme stress can manifest as a foul odour from the mouth!
