Ingredients:
  • Mung dal(yellow)-1/2 cup
  • Boiled rice -1 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds-1 tsp

  • Hing-1/4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Red chilli-1
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chilli - chopped 1
  • Chopped ginger -1 tsp
  • Yogurt-1/3 cup

Preparation:


  1. Soak the Dal, Rice, Fenugreek Seeds for 2 hours. Then Drain and grind with red chili, salt and hing with little water to a coarse paste.
  2. The Paste Must be of dosa batter consistency.
  3. Then Add other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Heat a Pan. Spread some oil.
  5. Once it become hot, pour a ladle full of batter and spread it.
  6. When one side turns golden brown, flip and allow to cook the other side.
