1. Boil guava leaves in water, drink the water and strain the leaves.


2. Drink half a cup of potato juice an hour before meals. It is an excellent cure for stomach gas. This can be repeated thrice a day.


3.Chewing raw ginger can help in gastric issues. Drink a cup of water with ginger with the rock salt and asafoetida.


4. Ginger tea is also effective to boost metabolism. Ginger is among most common and most effective home remedies for gas trouble.


5. If you want instant relief from gas, drink baking soda with water. Take one-fourth teaspoon of baking soda (not powder) with water and it acts as an effective antacid.


6. Mix two tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Let it cool down at room temperature and consume it afterwards.


7. Make a cinnamon solution by boiling down 1-2 cinnamon in water. Once cooled to room temperature drink it and it will prevent from further formation of gas in stomach.


8. Chewing peppermint can also help in getting rid of stomach gas. The menthol soothes the digestive muscles and helps in treating flatulence, bloating and abdominal pain that accompanies gas.


9. Chew your food properly and do not eat in haste.


10. A flake of garlic swallowed with water in empty stomach, solves gas problems.


11. Soaking fenugreek seeds in water overnight and drinking it empty stomach in the morning, is an effective remedy for indigestion.
