natural way to delay periods

Is there is any natural way to delay periods. Next week we are going for spiritual tour, but have little bit fear, whether the periods cause difficult in travel and temples.

pls help me friends very very urgent..

For your problem, you can try the following methods, to postpone your periods naturally.


1. Take one cup of hot milk. Now pour the juice of one cut lemon. Now the milk will get spoilt. Drink this fully, in EMPTY STOMACH. You will not get your periods on that day.

2.You need to take 2 teaspoons of pottu kadalai (Chutney dal) in empty stomach. After this take some water. For another 2 hours, please do not take anything else.

3.If you could get "SABJA SEEDS" from the Naattu marundhu shop, you can mix this seeds in curd and eat it. After this, you can eat மலை வாழை பழம் . This method will keep your periods post poned for some days.


YOU NEED TO TAKE THESE THINGS DAILY TILL WHEN YOUR PERIODS NEED TO BE POSTPONED, WITHOUT FORGETTING.

Dear Coolblue, eating cold producing food will delay your periods. It is a traditional belief that eating fried gram dhal will post pone the periods. But the best way is to consult your gynecologist for postponing the periods. Because if any complications happen she will only solve it after wards. Hence don't worry. consult your gynecologist in this regard. If you are so much tensed regarding this issue, what an amount of pottukadalai eating or juice drinking won't help. Hence Be cool. Cool means your mind shall be very much cool enough. Don't take any tablets without consulting your gynecologist.
