Need Tips for reducing tummy after delivery

Hi friends,

Please give me some tips for reducing tummy. I had a baby 10 months before. Still my tummy skin is loose and saggy. I tried belly wrap for some time, but didnt continue as that was very uncomfortable. Please give me exercise so that I can get my body back.

Give a try for this. Exericise is the best way to reduce tummy size, food control will reduce your whole body weight, for specific parts you need do exercises.

Hi,

You can do this exercise to reduce your tummy. Lay flat, lift your head alone and use your both hands to support your head backside and do cycling. First you have to do 20 times and later increase to 40 daily.

This exercise I did to reduce my tummy after c-section which has been advised by my physician.

It really works well.

hi...

there are some exercises and yoga to help reduce your tummy after delivery. if you delivered a baby in c-section Wait at least for a month to start an exercise routine. also talk with your gynec before you start working out. have a walk of 20-30 mins in morning and evening. you can do pelvic floor exercises such as Kegels.
like to suggest the following remedy for reducing your tummy after delivery. along with your exercise and yoga try to follow this too.
boil the water (4 to 5 ltr) with 5 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon piece, carom seeds and 2 pieces of cardamom. allow it cool. drink this water daily instead of having normal water.

I am still doing the exercise. Havent seen much improvement though. Hoping to get my body back as before pregnancy.:pray1:
