myheight is 162cm, wt is 62.5kg. i am trying to reduce around 5kg for the past 10yrs with variety of diet plans and exercise. even i have tried this GM diet long time back. after completing the diet plan, i am overeating. now i am serious about this weight reduction. shall we discuss about our calorie intake and exercise schedule periodically. if anybody cares to join me pls come share your ideas

i wud like to share my diet plan which helps me to reduce 4 kgs in a month hope it wud help

morning
1/2 ltr water in empty stomach
1 cup green tea without sugar
2 phulka with 2 egg whites and whole egg scramble
mid morning
coffee or buttermilk
lunch
brown rice 1 cup
dal and vegetables 2 cups
mid lunch
watermelon juice without sugar
evening
green tea
dinner
phulka 2
dal or vegetable 1 cup
green tea before sleep
i wud finish my dinner at 7.30 nothing after
i also do workout for 1 hour in d evening as i dont find time in d morning(try to drink as much water u can which helps in detoxification)

If you are following weight loss diet but not losing weight, hormonal imbalance might be your problem. I was facing the same problem but lost weight significantly when I followed hormonal imbalance treatment of Royalway weight loss.
