Hi...sridivya!!! very sad to hear about your abortion... think positive and take your medications surely you will get your baby!!!.

Please try to reduce your weight, your ideal weight will be 64kgs (you are not so weighted but since you have both thyroid and pcos try to maintain the ideal weight... by avoiding extra carbohydrates...

diane-35 is good for maintain good hormonal system (surely it will take atleast 3 months to regain your normal system... so only your doctor asked to come after 4 month. You can try for baby in the mean time but continue your medicines and continue with weight loss, to lower your PCOD....

Ask me i you have any doubts, because i sailed in the same boat like you, but now... i am in 2 trimester of my pregnancy...

Dont lose hope.

HI, i am yuvarani, new to this site. i got married on 13 feb 2009. we were at rajasthan. i took treatment for infertility there. my egg growth is normal and it is rupturing properly. but not conceived. after 3 months i took HSG test. the report is, uterus well defined, normal in size and shape. both fallopian tubes are well visualised, normal in course and calibre. bilateral spillage seen. After HSG 2 IUIs but failed.finally laparoscopy report right tube fully blocked, left side partial spill.it is varying from HSG report. Dont know why? Doctor suggested IVF. But now settled at chennai. My husbands rapidly progressive mobility-25%, but count is normal. can anybody clear my confusion about tubal block and motility.

Hi Yuvarani, the fallopian tube blockage can be removed using laparoscopy. Please consult with the doctor and find out if this can be done in your case. My friend also had the tube blockage but the blockage was removed and she was able to conceive.

Hello friends, first of all try to understand what the medicine is prescribed for. Sometimes, the egg is not enriched enough to accept the sperm, so doctors prescribe medicine to enrich the egg. In this case the egg becomes very enriched and hence twins pregnancy is very normal. After the delivery there is a very high possibility of becoming pregnant agian as the medicine effect is still there. The other medication is to treat the uterus/vaginal infection.

Yuvarani, the fallopian tube blockage can be treated by a simple laprascopy procedure. Please consult with the doctor again and ask if that is possible in your case. My friend had the same issue. Her blockage was removed and she was able to conceive afterwards.
