Ingredients:
  • Ragi flour - 1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
  • Onion - 1 Chopped
  • Green chili - 1 Minced
  • Curry leaves - 1 sprig
  • Jeera - 1tsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Butter milk As needed

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with butter milk to make thin batter.
  2. Heat dosa pan, Sprinkle with oil and pour batter as dosa and cook both sides in medium flame.
  3. Serve hot with your favorite chutney!
