- Ragi flour - 1 cup
- Water - as required
- Salt - as needed
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Add the Ragi flour with little salt into the boiling water and twist it to form a dough.
- Add little amount of the dough to the idiyappam presser.
- Grease idli plates with ghee or oil and press some of the dough onto it. Then Add some grated coconut on top.
- Steam for almost 5-10 minutes. Then Serve with sweetened coconut milk & Sugar.
