Ragi Sankati Recipe for Weight Loss!!

Ingredients:

  • Ragi flour - 2 cups
  • Rice - 1 cup
  • Water - 7 cups
  • Salt - to taste

Preparation:


  1. Soak rice in water for almost 1 hour.
  2. Drain the rice and add it into the boiling water.
  3. Allow it to cook. In the Simmer flame, add salt and ragi flour on top the cooked rice.
  4. Close with a plate without mixing it and allow to cook for 5-10 mins in medium flame.
  5. Once Cooked immediately mix well and make large balls of it.
  6. Serve it warm with sambhar, jaggery or butter milk.
  7. Now the Delicious and super healthy ragi sankati is ready.

Hi Karti , my favourite .... Enga veetla ithuku brinjal or keerai or peerkangai paruppu kadaivaanga ....... dhool combo .......... Thanks for sharing .......
Also not necessarily with rice even oats or broken wheat rava kooda use senju pannalaam ( carbohydrate conscious aa irundha )...............
