Keep healthy food at hand. Children will eat what's readily available. Keep fruit in a bowl on the counter, not buried in the crisper section of your fridge.

Hi friends

you can give daily one fruit and cucumber/carrot that will really help them to grow healthier and the immunity power also get increase

please do not give junk food that will spoil their stomach

hi moms.... fruits & veg r healty but kids wont lik it wen u giv it. so try out something new with it lik veg salad, juice, milkshake, mix it with chapatti dough...... even panniyaram using vegetable... if something new na sure they'll lik it....
