Ragi recipes - ragi dosa, ragi idli, ragi idiyappam, ragi semiya, kali

Brown rice - instead of white rice we can use brown rice

Ashgourd - good for weight loss

Vazhai thandu - Include vazhai thandu in your diet regularly
