Ingredients:


  • 2 Egg whites (YOu can also use tofu or Paneer)
  • Small onion - 1 chopped
  • Garlic cloves - 3 chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Black pepper - A pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped veggies (optional) - Carrots, beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:


  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic to the oil. Fry until it becomes translucent. Then Add the veggies if you're using.
  2. Add the egg whites. Mix well.
  3. Add the ketchup and soy sauce with pepper and salt.
  4. Serve hot with a toast.
