Most of us sit 8 to 10 hrs in our workplace with stress and stain. Sitting at a desk all day really can make us to gain weight .

There are ways to stay slim.

use the stairsteps than Elevator. Meet your college in person. Go out for your Lunch by walk.

2. Fix time for your snacks
minimize mindless eating by booking snack appointments in your calendar. set e reminder for your snacks.When an e-reminder pops up, step away from work and enjoy your food.

3. fruits
keep fruit on your desk in a prime right-hand spot so it will be an obvious snack choice.

4. Drink green Tea
Indtead of coffee drink green tea.Catechins, antioxidants found in green tea, may stimulate the body to burn calories and decrease fat.

5. chocolates.
keep them away from your vision. if you are a sweet addict use the hard candy than the soft one

6. Smell
Break out the air freshener.the smell of fruits or food of others make us hungry. Use the air freshner or go out for 5 minutes

7. Bets
Strike up a weight-loss competition with your cube mates. This Bet motivates to lose weight

8. Hear Music
work stress makes hunger for food so if you tense up hear music for a while. Both hunger and stress vanish

9. Raw vegetables.and whole grain bread
Kill your hunger with raw vegetables and thin slices of whole grain breads.

10. water.
Love water and drink as much as possible.
