Also,combine exercise with something that you love doing to relax. For instance, I like playing puzzle games online or crocheting. I also like power walking. Playing good music also helps me to relax.

You want to release stress than you can do yoga exercise daily in morning.Yoga is the best exercise to reduce stress and depression from mind.Yoga is one type of power exercise.It also help to make brain sharp.
