Dear , i need to reduce fat in my lower portion of the body , in simple terms i am a peer shape body, i have tried lot of exercises and diet but no positive results, kindly give a suggestion to reduce my fat portion.

Try to do yoga & Pranayama very excellent for reducing body weight.

This is my own diet routine. Hope this helps you. Proper Exercise and Diet(less calories food, more on vegies,fruits and fishes), Enough Sleep(as much as possible 7-8 hours), Drink a lot of water(5-7 glasses a day) Avoid Drinking Alcohols and Smoking Cigarettes.
