Tea is great for you! You can have decaf, green tea or herbal tea as against tea with milk. As adding milk in tea blocks the antioxidant benefits of improved blood flow. It has loads of antioxidants, which are good for you, and green tea is said to speed up your metabolism which will help to lose weight faster.
