Here are some tips for getting chubby cheeks.
- Do a Pranayamam Yoga at least for 15 mins.
- Do a gargle with water or Gingelly Oil for 20 mins in every morning.
- Have 3-5 Dates everyday. This helps you to gain weight as well as helps to improve your cheeks.
- Have a 2 Glass of Milk everyday.
- Have a good sleep at least for 8 hours.
